Introduction
A reverend father was discussing with another reverend father. One said that majority of the reverend fathers are busy doing nothing; instead they are everyday eating what the church provides. The other replied that the problem reverend fathers have has being that there is no scale for measuring spirituality. Unknown to them, the rainbow on the sky is that scale of spirituality, for measuring spiritual growth.
Introduction
The rainbow has the following meanings:
- The seven colours of the rainbow represent the seven spirits that stand in the presence of God.
- The covenant between God and mankind. What is that covenant? That humanity are the children of God, and that God’s love and blessings are everlasting for His children.
- The covenant is God Himself, who died for His children, and put His seal on us with the Holy Spirit.
- That God is a covenant-keeping God. Every engagement has a 50-50% responsibility ratio between God and man. For success to be achieved, man has to perform 50% of the task, while God perfects our efforts by complimenting the 50%.
- The seven colours of the rainbow mean the seven spiritual levels.
- The seven spiritual levels are as follows:
- Level 1 – Red - Convert.
- Level 2 – Orange - Disciple.
- Level 3 – Yellow - Wise/Enlightened.
- Level 4 – Green - Saint.
- Level 5 – Blue - Divinity.
- Level 6 – Indigo - Mysticism.
- Level 7 – Violet - Highest Spiritual Attainment.
- The seven spiritual levels you must pass through before you can see and experience God. Before you start passing through, or overcome, the seven spiritual levels, you must have passed through three sinful levels.
- The three sinful levels are as follows:
- Base 1 – Light Grey - Repentance.
- Base 2 – Grey - Hypocrisy.
- Base 3 – Black - Passion.
- The rainbow is God’s symbol of perfection. He placed it on the sky so that every eye can see it and remember to return home to the Almighty.
