Introduction

In this message and teaching, St Paul De Evangelist explains the meanings of quiet time, meditation, quiet time and meditation and also shows humanity the best way to observe quiet time and meditation.

Just before you start reading his teachings, first understand the meaning of composition of the spirit, mind and body.

Definition Of Term

To compose one’s spirit, mind and body means to unite, make up, put together; it means undivided attention, full attention; to free oneself from all wandering thoughts, not to concern yourself with any other things, to free your spirit, mind and body from the cares and worries of everyday life; and to set the spirit, mind and body free from all distractions and disturbances.

Spiritual Practice

Son of man, tell the congregation to close their eyes.

Bring your hands together, in front of you, in the prayer mood.

Compose your spirit.

Quiet time and meditation.

Assessment Questions

There are many others, who say that they are doing quiet time.

Where are those people?

Reply 1: I do observe quiet time.

How do you do it?

If I want to know about an angel or how God created Himself, or about Jesus Christ, I bear it in mind, considering how God managed to exist. I meditate, think. I will keep quiet and silent. I do so in the night, when there is no noise. I meditate, how did, who created God, and how did God manage to become God? I will keep on thinking. That is how I do observe quiet time and meditation, or any issue I want to know about. I bear one thing in mind and think about it.

Reply 2: I usually start by reading the Proverbs. I open one chapter and read it. After reading it, I keep silent.

Then, I pray to God and meditate in my heart, in spirit, asking what does the chapter say or mean. I keep on thinking about it, asking, is there any way that I am not doing very well?

Son of man, ask the congregation, how do they stay when they do meditation?

Reply 1: Sometime, I keep my legs in the yoga form. Some other times, I sit down in a chair.

Reply 2: I do sit down or ly down.

Duty

Son of man, our work, the work of the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven, is to make things easy for the congregation, for the children of God. And to make them know the things that are important, for them to do so in the right ways and at the right time. The time of perfection has come.

Essentials

Son of man, tell your people, the congregation and humanity, any time they compose their spirit, which exercise they call meditation, many things are very important.

Son of man, even how they stay while doing meditation is very important. The venue is also important. Even the time of the meditation is equally important. And what they are thinking about is also important. All things are important.

Postures

Son of man, I shall first speak about how they do stay.

Son of man, are the talents of all the people the same? No, my Lord.

Are all destinies the same? No, my Lord.

Even so it is that when a person is doing meditation, the postures shall not all be the same. You should not say that because this person crosses his legs, you have to cross your legs. Or, because somebody stands up to do meditation, you have to stand up. And you should not say because another person lies down to meditate, you have to ly down as well. You will not sit down, simply because the other person sits down.

Son of man, you may stay in any of the postures, when it is important to do so. But, you should know that whatever works for one person may not work for another person. Therefore, yourselves have to find out, know, the posture that works for each of yourselves.

Effectiveness

Some people have to cross their legs, while doing meditation. If the person, who should cross his legs, stands up doing meditation, the distance he covers in one second while crossing his legs, even in one year he has not covered the same distance, because he is standing up.

Importance

Therefore, these are the things important, that even the pupils in the primary schools should know about them. Even before they go into the secondary school, they should have known about the best posture for their meditation. By so doing, every time it becomes necessary for him to meditate, to get what he wants, he already knows the posture to stay in, for the meditation to be fast and successful.

Misconception

Son of man, let me ask you a question.

Why is that many people believe that their prayers is not successful, unless they do fasting?

Son of man, do you know that there are such people? Yes, my Lord.

Son of man, do you know that there are people, if you do not hold them and pray for them, they believe that the prayer is not successful? Yes, my Lord.

And there are people, if you do not hold them with your hand, even if you speak in all tongues, as soon as you finish the prayer, even so he will look for another person to hold him and pray for him? Yes, my Lord.

Because he considers the prayer which you have said for him as unsuccessful? Yes, my Lord.

Differences In Postures

The postures of all humanity are each different. That is why postures are each different. You should strive to know your posture. You should know the best posture for your meditation.

It is not everybody that crossing the legs works for. But, yourself should master all the different postures and have them in your hands – should be able to use any of them where necessary. A situation may warrant that the only solution is by crossing the legs. Then, you should be able to cross your legs. You may not have being using that style in the past, but because it is important at that particular time, Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts, is able to use that condition of crossing the legs to do something great and amazing. Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts, sees all the conditions. But, yourself should know the best posture to compose your spirit…

Series Of Practice

You should know the posture that composes your spirit. You should strive and take all the postures in practice, one by one.

Today, you cross your legs, may be for 30 minutes.

Tomorrow, you stand up to do meditation, for the same duration of 30 minutes.

On another day, you sit down and do meditation for 30 minutes.

On a different day, you ly down in meditation, for the same 30 minutes.

On the fifth day, you stand up but moving about, for the same time, in meditation.

You know that some people cannot compose their spirit, if they stay in one place. If they are not doing something, their spirit cannot be composed. But they shall be moving about.

Son of man, how many different postures have myself called?

All the postures that I called are five in number.

Son of man, all these five postures, that myself called, all the people, that is assignment, for humanity. When myself shall come in again, any day, I will ask about the postures. You shall answer me, because it is important that you know which one that works for you. For it shall make you to be successful.

Difference Between Quiet Time And Meditation

Do you people, the congregation and humanity, know the difference between meditation and quiet time?

Many people call the two the same thing.

Do you people know that these two things are different?

Despite the fact that the two can be done at the same time, the two are different. When people call quiet time and meditation, they call the two the same thing.

Many observe quiet time, while many others do meditation. If you ask him what he is doing, he will tell you that he is doing quiet time and meditation. But, by all facts, despite the smaller one, all the two are important.

Quiet Time

What is quiet time?

It is when a person is quiet and silent, and makes all his disorganized conscience, his divided attention, to become one, undivided attention. He is not thinking about anything, none, not even in the least. He is not thinking about anything. He is not concerned with anything or some things. That is what is called quiet time. And he stays where there is no noise, not making any noise. He has to stay where there is no noise, without making any noise, without doing anything. He has to be silently present and presently quiet. That is what is called quiet time.

Meditation

Meditation is thinking about something important, which you want to know about. It may be a spiritual thing that is hidden, secret, unknown. You compose your spirit and there is no noise. The only difference is that you shall be thinking, engaged in thoughtfulness. Your attention does not deviate, to other things. Your attention does not focus on the mountain or valley – is not roving about, not being concerned about other things… All your attention, all your spirit and all your conscience are focused on one thing, on the only one thing that you want to know about, the one thing in your mind, spirit.

Questions And Answers

Meditation is when a person is asking questions, concerning what is important to him. It is the time when a human being is asking questions, various questions, of which the answers are many.

Some may be asking questions about God or fellow human beings. This is how many ministers receive prophetic messages, on the questions that they have asked.

When a person has asked about a human being: Why is this person’s condition like this?

He concentrates all his mind and thoughts on the one question. He is also listening to hear the answer. That is what is called meditation.

Differences

You cannot do quiet time where there is noise, but you can do meditation where there is noise. That is why it is important that you know the difference between quiet time and meditation.

Have you people seen the difference between quiet time and meditation? Yes, my Lord.

Meditation can be done anywhere.

You can do so in all places.

But, for quiet time, your environment must be quiet.

Your mind must be quiet.

Your soul must be quiet.

Everything around you and in you must be quiet.

Everything from within and without you must be quiet.

You must not be asking questions,

and you must not be receiving or expecting answers.

Only that you must be quiet and silent.

Son of man, these two things are they confusing to your people? No, my Lord.

Quiet Time And Meditation

Which one is quiet time and meditation?

It is important, doing the two is usually important, on many occasions. It is good after doing meditation, to close it with quiet time, because quiet time is the time to listen. But, meditation is the time to ask questions.

Son of man, do your people understand the difference between the two? Yes, my Lord.

Meditation is the time to ask questions, which are important, of which the answer is mysterious. But, quiet time is the time to listen to receive answers. That time the Holy Spirit comes to deliver messages, that is when the conscience is quiet and silent, when everywhere is silent and yourself is quiet. Any voice with which the Holy Spirit comes, speaks, yourself will hear it. This is what is called quiet time and meditation. After meditation, you conclude with quiet time. Therefore, if you do it right, it is not supposed to be called quiet time and meditation. Instead, it should be called meditation and quiet time.

Purpose Of Explanations

Why are the differences being explained?

It is because the time has come when the children of God shall become radiant – rise and shine. The time has come for them to become radiant – successful and prosperous.

As the child who made efforts, even the servant who called his master a wicked man, as his talents were taken from him and given to the person who had many talents, even so are all things good, by taking from the world and giving to you DivineBase congregation, that listened, and are hot – zealous -, that used the little you have to strive and succeed. Even so your… talent is being made to become radiant.

Necessity Of Messages And Teachings

Therefore, we make these messages and teachings to reach you, including the big messages and the small ones. All of them are what we are making you congregation to know. We do this because wisdom is power.

Therefore, when you observe quiet time and meditation, it is important that you know the meanings of the two exercises. This is the first.

The second is this. You should know the difference between the two, quiet time and meditation.

Third, you should know how to observe quiet time and meditation, as God the Father in heaven wants.

Any time you compose your spirit, even so different spirits do come in, because it is not only the Holy Spirit that fills this world. Powers of darkness, various evil spirits are numerous.

Son of man, all spirits deliver messages, because all spirits can see front and back – all round, past, present and future.

Therefore, I have to stand to teach you congregation how to do quiet time and meditation, and do so as God wants, so that the purposes why you do quiet time and meditation shall be achieved. That is why I am teaching you the first thing, which is the posture.

How To Do Quiet Time And Meditation

It is important, very important, that each time you want to do meditation, especially quiet time, two things are very important for successful quiet time and meditation.

First, spray the Blood of Jesus in the environment where you shall stay. This is the first.

Second, another thing that is very important, is that you have to light a candlelight.

Son of man, why is the candlelight important? It is for the light of the Holy Spirit to come in. For the light of the Holy Spirit to come in. Ensure that a candlelight is present and burning.

After lighting the candle, stretch your hand over it, and pray the Holy Spirit to change the ordinary light into the light of the Holy Spirit, which light shines forever, to make the light, as it is shining, that the light disperses the darkness. Even so pray that all powers of darkness depart, so that the light from God shall come in, the spirit of light, the spirit from God, to come in.

It is when you have done these two essentials that you can go on to stay in the posture in which you compose your spirit.

Why is it important to spray the Blood of Jesus?

It is because the Holy Spirit does not enter a defiled place. Every time you are doing quiet time, you are calling upon the Holy Spirit.

Why is the Holy Spirit called a spirit that is holy?

Everywhere the Holy Spirit enters must be a holy place, a place purified and sanctified.

Son of man, do you think that the Holy Spirit will come into the land where children urinate? No, my Lord.

Do you think that the Holy Spirit will enter the land, on which you step your various types of feet? No, my Lord.

Do you think that the Holy Spirit will enter the land on which various types of defiled things move? No, my Lord.

Do you think that the Holy Spirit will enter the place? No, my Lord.

It is only by the Blood of Jesus that a defiled place or thing can be made perfect. Son of man, when you spray the Blood of Jesus, even so is everywhere made to be perfect.

When you put on the light of the Holy Spirit, even so all the powers of darkness keep themselves away. Even so only the power of the Holy Spirit is made to remain steadfast.

Possible Alternatives

It is very important. But, when such a thing as this is not possible, what shall be done?

Son of man, what shall be done?

I shall tell you what shall be done, but not now.

Son of man, why is it like this?

It is because there is difference between when something is important and when it is not important. And because your people, if you teach what to do when something is important, they start doing the same thing when it is not important. People always want things that are easy. I will teach the congregation what to do, but not now.

It is important that you make it a habit to use the above procedure, because a child who is taught one thing and he does it, that will encourage and empower the teacher to teach the child more things.

After spraying the Blood of Jesus, and putting on the candle, that is the time to stay in the posture you want. That is the time you will go on to compose your spirit. If it is quiet time that you want to do, that is the time you shall make sure that all your thoughts are kept aside.

General Failure

Son of man, tell your people one thing. Among all the people doing quiet time, it is hard to count, find, one person who does quiet time very well.

Son of man, why is it like that?

If a person start as a child to do quiet time, when he becomes a youth, when he becomes an adult, quiet time shall be habitual to him, more than any other thing else. What is the hardest thing now is for a person to compose his spirit, because every time you compose your spirit, you will see one thing that comes to your mind.

This is the challenge every time people want to do quiet time. Doing quiet time is very hard to many people. That is why many people prefer to do meditation. The number of people doing meditation is greater than the number of people doing quiet time.

It is also very important for many to ask various questions and … get answers. Only by the grace of God shall the angels come to teach people, when they are dreaming, because the time many people are able to do quiet time is when they are sleeping. Only during sleep. And not many people do quiet time then, because when many are sleeping, their mind is on various other things or their spirits are engaged in one activity or another.

The Greatest Gift

That is why the congregation shall start in the childhood to train the children, because that is the greatest gift that parents can give to a child. By so doing, a child will know how to observe quiet time and meditation. This practice will make a child, when he is in various conditions, in difficult situations, the child can save himself, because he knows what to do and also knows how to do so.

It is one thing to ask questions, and another thing to receive answers. Therefore, mothers and fathers start in this very hour to teach the children how to do quiet time and meditation. Start to teach them, because it is important.

Spiritual Science

When the DivineBase School shall be established, quiet time and meditation shall be one of the things taught in the school. All the schools existing today, have been marked bad, disapproved and banned, by Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts. The schools are so much focused on earthly things, and have turned their back on heaven, even so they have turned away from the things of spirit, which things are most important.

Be Still

When your people are doing quiet time, all their needs, cares and worries shall be kept aside, and they make their brains to compose. Only their ears shall be open then, because quiet time is the time when great things happen in a person’s life.

Spiritual Growth

As you do so, as you comply with today’s teachings, even so you are being made to grow from strength to strength. It is only by quiet time, that is the time you are telling God that you have left all the things in this world, and that you are giving God and the Holy Spirit yourself, that there is nothing that concerns you, because you are not thinking up and down – not thoughtful about anything. Then you give God undivided attention, because nothing disturbs you or burdens you. That is the time the Holy Spirit will come in.

Do your people hear all the teachings that I am giving to them? Yes, my Lord.

Clear Difference

Tell them not to be people who only hears. Instead, let them be people that hear and do. Son of man, this is because this shall be the difference between them and all others. When some shall be waiting to see their pastors, the heads, when something is very important, themselves shall know what to do to get answers, to get solutions that they need.

Reminder

Let them not forget the assignment which myself gave them today, because next time myself will come in their midst, I will ask them various questions. The time has come when a school child will know that he is a school child – when people on earth shall know that this world is God’s school, in which they are, and begin to learn and do various things necessary for their spiritual life and growth. As of now, it is only during examinations that a school child knows that he is a school child. When he likes, he reads his books; and when he does not like, he does not read his books.

Authorization

As you hear this word, even so it shall be made to get into the ears of those who have ears, because time has come when only the trustworthy people shall be given gifts – blessings, favours, success and prosperity.

Even so are your congregation, and humanity, being made to know the important things. Things that are very important, because these two things, quiet time and meditation, are important.

Closing Benedictions

As you congregation fulfill this word, even so the peace of God, that of His FirstSon and that of His Holy Spirit abide with you.

Evens so shall Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts, unfailingly, bear the congregation in His arms and lead them in this journey, which humanity have made to become very hard.

Even so it shall be easy for the DivineBase congregation.

Let the peace of the Father abide with you.

Let the peace of the FirstSon abide with you.

Let the peace of the Holy Spirit abide with you.

And abide with you forever.

That you, by the peace, run this race to the end, and you return to us, the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven, in heaven, just as ourselves did ran the race to the end.

Even so you shall, unfailingly, run this race to the end.

Only persevere.

Do not look at the side, and do not look at the left – do not follow any other way, churches, ministries and fellowships.

Keep on looking at the Father.

Keep on looking at His Holy Spirit.

Keep on looking at His FirstSon.

Do not look at the father.

Do not look at the mother.

Do not look at the kinsmen or clan.

Do not look at the relations.

Do not look at the majority.

Only look at the person, in whose hands is salvation, so that the salvation abide with you forever.
